Kale Brassica oleracea Crane Series by American Takii. This long stem cabbage looks good as cut stem and appears to be almost a stiff rose form. This plant will provide long lasting color for arrangements. Once color has developed, stop fertilization and harvest around mid-November. It is also necessary to remove the lower leaves when the plants reach about 10" tall and repeat 3 or 4 times as they are growing.
