LEWIS & CLARK EXPEDITION 200 YEARS AGO TODAY 11/12/1804

Clark briefly describes in his journal the Mandan story of creation and tribial history. This is part of Clark's assignment on the quest west to the Pacific. He will rewrite his journal before sending it back to Jefferson in the spring.
