LEWIS & CLARK EXPEDITION 200 YEARS AGO TODAY 11/06/1804

On this cold and windy day, interpreter Graveines and some of the French boatman head down the Missouri. The interpreter is to take some Arikara chiefs to Washington, D.C., in the spring to meet the president.
